Invasive environmental & noxious weed species frequently found growing under, and not allelopathically suppressed by, Camphor Laurel, Cinnamomum camphora

Transects of region over a six-year Period (1998 to 2004)on NSW Northern Rivers roadsides; Byron, Lismore & Tweed Shires.

Focusing on study of weed specis under & within the Canopies of older Camphor tree all or most toxic chemotypes of Camphor laurel trees. (Based on 10,000 Botanical observations mostly supported by photographic evidence)

TOTAL NUMBER OF WEED SPECIES growing frequently under roadside Camphor laurels = 85 species; of which 13 species are 'Noxious' in certain NSW shires, and 12 species are known 'Toxic'; ie: total of 20 species (out of 85 = 20% approx.) that are either 'Noxious', 'Toxic' or both 'Noxious & Toxic', indicating a highly significant number of other invasive, or partly-invasive noxious or toxic weeds harboured by Camphor laurels.
